Snappy Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
PetalPro Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Snappy: Product Photos. This policy explains how Snappy handles information when you use the iOS or Android app and our supporting website.
Information we process
- Photos you provide. We process product photos you capture or select and the generated images returned to you.
- Account and device data. We process temporary account and session identifiers when you begin. If you choose to sign in, we process the contact or account information needed to provide access across devices. We may also use limited device or browser information to operate the service and manage promotional offers.
- Generation and usage data. We record generation activity, timestamps, credit activity, technical performance, error information, and information derived from your uploads as needed to create results and operate Snappy.
- Purchase data. Our payment providers give us subscription and payment status, billing contact information, transaction identifiers, and renewal information. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Feedback. We process messages and optional dislike feedback you choose to submit.
- App event data. We may record limited usage and conversion events to understand product performance and advertising results. We do not use this data to collect an advertising identifier.
How we use information
We use this information to create and deliver your images, operate credits and purchases, restore interrupted jobs, prevent basic promotional abuse, provide support, measure product reliability and advertising results, improve Snappy, enforce our terms, and protect the service.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that support functions such as hosting, authentication, data storage, image processing, communications, payments, customer support, security, and performance measurement. They process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Source photos and generated image files are automatically deleted within seven days. Eligible creations made under the app’s persistent anonymous session may appear in History on that installation until their seven-day deletion date. History may become inaccessible if you clear app data or change devices. Restoring purchases can recover eligible purchase access and remaining credits, but it does not move image History to a different anonymous account. Credit balances, purchase state, and feedback remain while the related account is active. After account deletion, identifying references are removed where appropriate, while limited de-identified operational information may be retained to understand performance and prevent fraud. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You choose whether to grant camera or photo access. Anonymous app state cannot generally be recovered after it is cleared. You can delete Snappy data from Settings or request deletion on the web. Subscriptions can be managed through the applicable app-store account or the subscription-management link in Snappy Settings.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections and private image storage, but no system is completely secure. Snappy is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
